As a Producer Responsibility Organization, ReTyre specializes in the collection and recycling of end-of-life tyres. We manage all operations to ensure proper recovery of ELTs and fulfill, on behalf of our members, the obligations of tracking and reporting to the Authorities. With an advanced digital platform and system, we certify ELT flows from origin to recovery and provide comprehensive economic and quantity reports to our members. ReTyre is audited by an independent firm, PKF Italia S.p.A..

We support tyre importers or manufacturers to manage their obligations under the regulations (DM. 182/2019) with a smart and evolved approach that brings technology and sustainability as enabling processes for the circular economy.

Via the ELT management portal, it is possible to request the collection of tyres at your centre. Thanks to an innovative platform, it will be easy to make requests and monitor their status.

Organizational Model 231 and Code of Ethics

The Organizational Model 231, introduced by Legislative Decree 231/2001, consists of a set of protocols and procedures that regulate and define the company’s structure and the management of its sensitive processes.
The behavioral rules outlined in this Model complement those of the Code of Ethics, adopted by the company to establish the values, principles, and conduct that it is committed to upholding towards its key stakeholders — including all individuals involved in the company’s organization, such as shareholders, directors, managers, employees, collaborators, contractual counterparts, and anyone who establishes a relationship with Re-Tyre.

Whistleblowing

Following the entry into force of Legislative Decree 24/2023, which transposes EU Directive 2019/1937, Re-Tyre has implemented a whistleblowing procedure in order to comply with the regulation on the establishment of appropriate channels to ensure the receipt, analysis, and handling of:

1. reports concerning suspected unlawful conduct relevant under Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 and/or violations of the Company’s Organizational Model and/or Code of Ethics;
2. reports concerning suspected unlawful conduct that constitutes a violation of specific national or European Union regulatory provisions, which harm the public interest or the integrity of the private entity.

All reports submitted are handled by the Reporting Manager, the person appointed to manage the cases received.
